A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your order and event date. Orders are not confirmed until the retainer is received.

The remaining balance:

• Is due by the date listed on your invoice
• Must be paid in full before pickup or delivery

Any requests for adjustments must be submitted in writing via email. Please allow up to 14 days for review and response. Late payments may result in order cancellation or additional fees.

Orders placed within 14 days of the event require full payment upfront.

Changes to design, size, or flavors must be submitted at least 2 weeks before the event. Changes requested after this time are not guaranteed and may include additional fees.

All changes must be submitted via email. Requests sent through text or social media will not be accepted. Rescheduling may be subject to availability and additional fees.

Every cake is handcrafted, and slight variations in design, color, and decoration may occur.

While inspiration photos are helpful, MAKINCAKECo does not replicate cakes exactly but instead creates a custom version based on your request.

Color matching is not exact. Differences may occur due to lighting, ingredients, and screen displays. For best results, physical color references are recommended.

MAKINCAKECo reserves the right to make structural or design adjustments to ensure stability and quality.

Cakes must be placed in a cool, indoor environment (below 75°F).

MAKINCAKECo reserves the right to refuse setup if the environment is unsafe (excess heat, unstable surfaces, etc.).

Once the cake is delivered and set up:

• It should not be moved
• MAKINCAKECo is not responsible for damage caused afterward

If picking up your order, you assume full responsibility once the cake leaves the premises.

Products may contain or come into contact with common allergens including:

It is the customer’s responsibility to inform guests of any allergy risks.

MAKINCAKECo reserves the right to photograph and use images of all products for marketing and promotional purposes.

Any concerns must be submitted via email within 7 days of your event date.

All payments are non-refundable. Any resolution, if applicable, will be issued as store credit only.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled date.

Approved cancellations will receive store credit only. Retainers remain non-refundable.
